Pamper Your Cat - Cat Travel
Do you have any idea how much your cat misses you when you are away? Can you imagine how lonely it must feel to be the only one home day after day, not being able to talk to anyone or even change the channel on the television set? Well, if you travel and you own an indoor cat, what do you think they do while you are away?
Okay, I didn’t mean to make you feel like a jerk or anything, I just wanted you to think about it for a moment, from your cat’s perspective. If your cat is used to being pampered and then all of the sudden he or she is forced to go for days with no attention, can you just imagine how his or her little heart must break? Waiting for your key to turn in the door? Pitiful!
Well, times have changed, so maybe you should, too! Did you know that a lot of hotels and motels now allow you to bring your pampered cat to their establishments while you are on business or vacation? Now the real whole family can stay together and no one has to be left out!
In recent reports, it was stated that more and more hotels actually target pet owners as potential clients. Let’s face it, in our society, the pets are a part of the family. Now the motel giants have seen the light and are providing a service to help keep the family together and pad their wallets at the same time. Genius!
You haven’t begun to hear the best part of it, wither. See, while you are away for the day, working or playing, your pampered cat can still be pampered! These hotels offer pet pampering services to make your cats stay quite enjoyable, too! There’s actually a hotel in Virginia that hosts a “Doggie Happy Hour” 2 times a week, so maybe they will jump on the kitty train soon!
The only down side to the deal is this: it cost a little more for the stay. But, you have to take into account the fact that the room will most likely require deeper cleaning, whether it’s due to pet damage or to make sure as much dander and hair as possible can be removed.
The fee is not a per night fee, like room rental, though, in most cases, so it’s not so bad. Would you leave the kids home if you had to pay more for them, too?
The bottom line is this: you love your cat and your cat adores you. You hate the though of them being at home, alone, and so does he or she. It is boring and lonely and what if there was an accident or your cat got sick. Anything can happen! You don’t have to leave them home anymore! Take them with you; you will be glad that you did!
